Mortgage Lender Lender Ethics
A mortgage lender needs a strong code of ethics guiding their practice and
GNA Mortgage Group puts their integrity first approach out directly to you. Yes,
we are a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of America
and the National Association of Mortgage Bankers, and we adhere
to their stringent standards of professional and ethical conduct.
The NAMB’s code of conduct stresses that members shall conduct their
business in a professional manner reflecting honesty, honor and integrity. All
advertising and solicitation done by members must strive to be accurate. All member
activity must be in compliance with applicable laws and regulations including
those of the mortgage industry and of the regulations of the association. Members
must not disclose information about clients and guard the privacy of that information
and members must disclose any equity or financial interest they may have in collateral
they’re offering pertaining to home loans
they're are involved in professionally.
NAMB members are expected to observe best lending practice guidelines. Those

The Mortgage bankers association
of America is a large organization of mortgage industry professionals and
companies including mortgage brokers, banks, savings and loans, mortgage companies
and mortgage services firms. The MB code of ethics requires members to perform
in a business in a professional manner, while ensuring they are knowledgeable
in the areas of real estate finance
in which they participate. They must acting in compliance with sound mortgage
industry practices. Member must conform to applicable laws and regulations and
cooperate in every appropriate way with governmental bodies and to not do not
breach or avoid an agreement or commitment, whether written or oral.
