Mark Chalfant leads the company's WIT AT LARGE efforts, which deliver high-impact improv training and performances to organizations and audiences seeking to explore them.

Mark also serves as WIT's artistic and executive director. Performing and teaching with WIT since 1998, Mark has led improv workshops with clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small grass-roots community organizations.
